Exchanges and returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt of the package by the purchaser. We do not accept returns on items that do not meet our return policy. Such items will be sent back to the buyer.

Returned items must not show signs of wear or use, tags and labels must be present. Important: Items showing signs of wear and tear or use will not be accepted for return.

The cost of return shipping will be covered by the buyer.

Exception: If defective items or items in the wrong size or model are sent, delivery is at our expense.

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Law, the company may refuse to exchange or return goods of proper quality if they belong to the categories specified in the current list of non-food items of proper quality that cannot be returned or exchanged.
